Review Process

Review Details

Rowan or Jo will endeavour to visit every client on a regular (at least weekly) basis. Clients will have their care plan reviewed at regular intervals by an appropriately qualified member of staff.

We aim to review plans every six months but reviews may occur more frequently if a client’s needs change. Clients may request a review at any time.
