Service Termination

Termination procedure

You may terminate a service either temporarily or permanently at any time by giving one month’s notice in writing.

We may terminate a service following a review if any of the following apply:

• The client refuses entry to care workers
• Grounds of discrimination
• The client fails to pay their fees
• Better Care at Home cannot deliver support in accordance with the agreed care plan
